3 things I’ve been downing nonstop this September

I know it's been 11 days, but man, when I'm hooked it takes me quite a long time to shift and eat something else.



  1. Creme Brûlée Cheesecake Minis and Salted Caramel Chocolate Fudge Cookies form Sbakes. 

I’ve never tried creme brûlée cheesecake but instantly fell involve with the sweetness that neutralized the sour part of a cheesecake. They’re easy to down, love to eat it when it’s frozen. Woke up at 2AM just to grab a bite. For the cookies, it’s very deadly, sinful to be more apt. I love how the caramel meddles with the chocolate fudge perfectly, the sizes are also big enough to fill you in for dessert. What they offer is surprisingly more affordable than most online cookie shops, I mean with how it tasted, damn good things can be cheap (hello Jolly Spaghetti with Spicy chicken), which makes me want to order again. I’m really really into sweets, so my standards are quite high and so far they’ve impressed me. Follow them on Instagram @sbakesph. 



  1. Protein Shake from Wheyl. 

I admit to being quite hesitant because a friend said it gives you bacne, what a nightmare! A friend ordered, so I wanted to tag along, it’s also local so I decided to finally giving it a try. I also do not understand out of all the flavors, when I could’ve chosen matcha, I picked melon milk. It tastes good, no doubt. A scoop is equivalent to 30 grams, so the one I got is only for 15 servings, approximately. 23 grams of protein per serving, and 112 calories, just writing it down here incase you’re into numbers. I can’t wait to try the other flavors but so far I’ve been loving how convenient this thing is to me, I don’t really wanna eat after a workout, so this will do. I really hope I can see changes in my body because I’m already working out and I’m rly just in a hurry, knowing that I can’t really consume that much protein in a day, this is a good dietary supplement for me then.  

  1. Bicester’s Tapa Rice
I have been eating this at least 4 times a week. It’s idk, the best thing ever? I don’t even like tapa but this one’s a game changer in so many levels, I can eat 2 bowls in one sitting. This type of cured meat, thin slices of beef comes with poached egg and fried rice. It’s tender, the sauce is  just right and thankfully the rice is almost quite sticky. The flavor bursts inside your mouth, allowing you to eat more rice considering it’s that tasty!
